Option to force users to accept terms and conditions each time they enroll a new device.
Currently, once a user accepts the deployed Terms and Conditions across one of their enrolled devices, they will not be required to accept the Terms and Conditions again on any of their other devices.
From https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/intune/terms-and-conditions-create:
"Users only have to accept updated terms and conditions once. Users with multiple devices don't have to accept terms and conditions on each device."This is a request to create the option to force users to accept deployed terms and conditions each time they enroll a new device, even if they have already accepted them on the first device they have enrolled.
43 votesHi, Azure Active Directory now has a terms of use feature that may meet your needs – https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/azure/active-directory/active-directory-tou#why-use-azure-ad-terms-of-use
Can you take a look and see if that gets you what you want? -
Unable to install apps from Company portal when Win10 device is Azure bulked enrolled
When a Windows 10 device is bulked enrolled via provisioning package it is not possible to install applications where the portal states the following: "This device hasn't been set up for corporate use yet. Select this message to begin setup".
I can confirm that the devices is enrolled into Azure and managed by Intune. This is how the Company Portal gets installed in the first place.

Allow iOS Apps to be deployed as "Available" when targeting a Device Group
It would be awesome if we could re-build our "library" of apps that users can install and also use device licensing so we don't have to use Apple ID's

Use of default icons in Company Portal when no other icon is provided
It would be great if the default icons could be used in the Company Portal when no other (custom) icon is specified. E.g. when MS Word is deployed as available, the MS Word Icon should appear in the Company Portal (instead of the general default icon), unless a specific other icon is provided for the app.

Prevent removal and resetting of devices in the webportal
All our mobile devices are company owned. We need to be able to prevent users from removing and / or resetting these devices in the company webportal. Users can currently login to the portal click on remove and the device is deleted.
Our Apple DEP enrolled test devices only have a rename option available to the user in the webportal which is what we need for windows devices as well. Our current MDM solution gives us full control over what we allow users to do and have access to which is what we expect from Intune as well otherwise the…28 votes -
Company Portal - Do not display device management option for MAM-WE users
We recently received the ability to disable MDM for certain users/devices; however, this has led to inconsistencies in the Company Portal application.
1. On the DEVICES tab, a red exclamation point is currently displayed next to the user's device. This is the normal state for a device that cannot be managed and should be removed.
2. When viewing the Device Details for a device on the DEVICES tab, a red exclamation point is displayed with a message stating, "This device is not managed." Please change the exclamation point to a more positive icon if the device is not eligible to…

Company portal app customization
Allow us to customise the Company Portal App , I would like to change the app name to Intune Company Portal, change some of the fields names, "contact IT" we don't use the term IT anymore also present the end user our terms and conditions during the enrolment.
25 votesWe do have the end user terms now in Intune standalone. We’re working on getting it in hybrid, too. I’ll pass the rest along to the client team. The tricky thing with changing the name of the app is it’s built into the app manifest and requires recompiling the entire app. :-(

renaming the device in the company portal should rename it in the Intune console
Is it possible to rename a android device. I have renamed the device in Company portal but it is not showing up in Intune.. even after a refresh.

Ability for end users to uninstall apps using Company Portal
We would like end users to be able to uninstall applications using the Company Portal. Right now you appear to be able to select Reinstall, but you cannot remove an app once it has been installed unless you have Admin permissions and can manually remove it using Control Panel.

Show WAN IP Address for Agent
When viewing devices in Microsoft InTune, it would be handy to see the WAN IP Address and a Map with its approximate location. perhaps even a history of WAN IPs with DateTime stamps,

access Company Portal on DEP enrolled devices without logging in as a specific user
Today when you launch the Company Portal on a DEP enrolled iOS device when User Affinity is disabled, you are prompted for credentials.
I want to be able to access the functionality of Company Portal about this device without logging in as a specific user. Specifically being able to see the last time policy compliance was refreshed or to immediately refresh policy. Would also be nice to be able to shake and send a debug report.

Applications already installed listed in Company Apps
If I already installed an application from Company Apps it still displays there. Instead it should redirect to the application or not be listed if it's installed on the device.

Allow multiple IT support phone numbers to Company Portal
You should be able to define multiple IT support phone numbers to Company Portal. This is important when you have separate IT support phone numbers in different countries.
Then you also need to allow strings in phone number if you want to define numbers like:
+358-123345 (Finland)
+44-234546 (UK)You could define multiple phone numbers in Additional information field, but then those numbers are not clickable/selectable with mobile devices.

Please Add screenshots on comp portal app store,app-catalogue.
Hello Microsoft
We migrated to Intune recently and we noticed a glaring omission on the app store. We can not have screen shots added in the app catalog besides the icon and description of the app. Playstore has this, Apple app store has this, other MDM solution has this! Please bring this feature, it would be a great add-on in terms of customer experience

Integrate access to portal in Office 365 Apps menu.
When you click in the Office 365 menu box (Top Left) it would be great to have the Intune Company portal as an option.
15 votesWe need clarification :-)
First: Are you saying when you click the “waffle” icon in the upper left corner of an O365 app like Mail, Calendar, etc that you would want to see Company Portal listed along with all the other apps? (and yes, we really call it the waffle here.)
Second:
We have some Intune features built into O365, without you even needing to buy Intune. Let’s call this “Intune Lite” even though we don’t really call it that.
We also have a “better together” story with )365 and an Intune subscription. Let’s call that “Intune Full”.
Intune Lite can’t deploy apps – you need Intune Full for that.
Since the Company Portal is primarily for distributing company apps, would you want it listed if you have only Intune Lite? Or would you want it only if you have Intune Full? Please keep the comments coming!

Simpliy enrollment process - provide better user experience
It would be great if we can reduce the steps necessary for enrollment in Intune somehow. Having all this user interaction is not good. Instead of having to confirm various user dialogs it would be great if a user can trigger the enrollment process - e.g. by specifying username and password - and the devices enrolls without a need for the user to confirm anything else.
15 votesEnrollment is a process that varies widely among platforms and enrollment methods. This suggestion is pretty vague, so I doubt we’d ever be able to call it “complete” – I’d encourage you to spin up more specific feedback on particular elements and move your votes to those. However, I did want to let you know that with the updates we’re releasing the week of Nov 6, we now have:
New enrollment status page for Windows 10 enrollments
You can now configure a greeting that appears when your users enroll Windows 10 devices. Use the Enrollment Status Screen to configure a custom message and a hyperlink to be displayed to your end users when they enroll their Windows 10 devices. The Enrollment Status Screen will also give end users a view into the progress of policy settings that are being applied to their device.
https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/intune/whats-newHopefully you can make the experience…

Web based application portal doesn't start in fullscreen
Safari has an API to open web pages in fullscreen, the web based application portal does not open in fullscreen which looks really bad for our users when they have to see the URL. Please change this for a more seamless experience.

The Company Portal App is too slow to load
The current iOS app takes a considerable time (20-30 seconds) to load. Although it doesn't cause any loss of functionality the end user experience is that it is slow.
As a company we want to drive employees to this app to download trusted apps only and currently the load timing is limiting.14 votes -
Integrate Azure AD Application Access, Azure RemoteApps, Azure AD Proxy Apps into Company Portal
Right now there are too many places to find apps in the Microsoft set of solutions. For mobile users, they should see the native apps, Azure AD Application Access (i.e. cloud-based) apps, Azure RemoteApps, Azure AD Proxy apps, Remote Desktop Services RemoteApps, and so forth in the single experience. Users should not need to open five different things to find their apps when working on a mobile device.

Microsoft Certified Trainers(MCT) should have easier access to Intune while teaching classess that demo Intune
I was asked by Intune support to post here. I am a Microsoft Certified Trainer that teaches the 20697-2 Windows 10 course. That course has a lot of Intune content. The course calls for teaching Azure, Office 365 and Intune. There is more Intune material in the course than any of the other cloud topics. As an MCT it is pretty easy to get access to Azure and Office 365, but VERY difficult to get access to Intune without having to go through support. And even after getting access, it is only for 30 days. Which means that when I…
13 votesHi, John, I totally hear you. I was an MCT before I came here, back in the old days of newsgroups – maybe we ran into each other in the virtual cafe. I’ve had conversations with the training group, and with the engineering group about the overall difficulty of labbing in the cloud environment. It’s not just the subscriptions, though that definitely a pain point. It’s also being able to reset to a clean environment without having to build it all from scratch every time. I don’t have anything to report, but know that I bring it up every chance I get.
