  1. Ability to install managed applications during enrollment

    During the Installation process it would be good to allow the user to select the managed applications that they want to install. My thoughts are that there would be an additional screen (select company managed software), where the users can select company managed apps like Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams etc.. once selected they click next, which would initiate a bulk install. It would alert the enroller to the fact that they have the option to use applications, rather than having to go to each app in the company portal and select Install, which if you want to install 10 apps…

  2. Change how company portal indicate the current device

    I can now see there is a small checkmark icon indicating the current device in the list. I missed that at first.

    But usability can be improved. We have 40 DEM-enrolled devices and the horizontal list only shows one device at a time.

    Please show more items in the list and either sort them so the current device is at the top or display it separately.

  3. Prohibit removal of the My Company Portal Mobile App for supervised devices or remove all company data when the application is deleted.

    If an employee deletes the app from their device, we want to ensure that the management profile along with corporate data (email, calendar, contacts) is removed.

  4. Redirect "Change password" to custom self-service password portal from other providers

    We use a portal from SMS Passcode for two-factor authentication and self service password reset. We would like our users to be automatically redirected to the web portal for our Password reset solution when they click "Change password" in Company Portal.

  5. be able to upload RDP icons to the company portal instead of just .exe files

    at the moment admins can only upload .exe files.
    we would like to be able to upload a pre-configured RDP icon so that we dont have to log in and set each individual account up with RDP.
    it would make rolling out the product a lot easier if users could just log in and download their required RDP icon

  6. Service Manager type Functionality

    For those of use without on premise System Center installations, adding helpdesk/ITIL/Service Manager type functionality would be a huge help. Right now we have to rely on a 3rd party helpdesk solution and try to maintain asset/inventory information across both Intune and the other system.

  7. Show Download Percentage

    In regards to the Company Portal app on Windows and macOS, it would be great if users were shown a visual indication as to what percentage their app download was at. I know you can view this in the macOS Console, but that is not ideal for end users (especially for working in an educational institution where staff / students rely on visuals to know what is happening on their device). A simple percentage indication, similar to what Software Centre has on Windows-based devices would be great!

  8. User-less device apps as available (iOS/Android)

    It would be great to see devices having their own Portal-app where we can publish apps as available instead of required.

    This is already possible in other MDM-solutions such as MobileIron.

    The scenario:
    You have 1000 devices; where there is a mixture between personal and non-personal (user-less devices) through DEP/AFW#Setup.
    As personal devices this is possible, they will be published in Managed Google Play on Android. On iOS devices you will see them in Microsoft Company Portal app.

    But what about the user-less devices, where we have "iPad" x 500, some are named and some are not.

  9. Automatically generate an app password and add it to the email profile on initial setup of mobile devices

    As things stand now, our mobile device users have to sign into the Company Portal app and walk through the entire process of installing the management profile, confirming device settings, etc. During this process their email profile is set up on the device, but if MFA is enabled for their account, they have to leave the company portal, sign into Office 365, create an app password, and then enter it in the phone's email settings. This is a needless level of complexity.
    1. Manual creation of app passwords should be possible from the Company Portal app since it's a basic…

  11. InTune Company Portal Causing iPhone 7 to heat up?

    Seems like when I am on WiFi my company managed iPhone is constantly heating up, there are other users here who also notice it as well and seems to be directly linked to the company portal, removed it and no issues. Its starting to drive me crazy. Is it just data collection that is causing this?

  12. Let user know why enrolling fails on rooted phone

    I tried to enroll my Note 4 DEV Edition (Android 5.0.1) which has no locked bootloader. While I didn't have superuser enabled, enrolling still catches it which is fine, but instead of going in circles about enrolling, retrying, sometimes saying I'm enrolled and requiring an update and then failing on the update and then trying all over - wouldn't it be nice if it just detected root and notified me that I can't enroll for that reason?

  13. Improvement in company portal loggin so that able to see why application was not required installed

    Currently there are random issues that required application do not install automatically. Company portal either does not install them for some reason or it goes mode where its not really syncing. Company portal logs need to be improved in error handling so that user needs to just press send logs and logs will have andoid related needed log material. Currently only way is to install android sdk and try to get user to reproduce and issue that most likely does not reproduce. Login needs to be so that you dont need to have computer and intrevention of support to get…

  14. Customizing Company Portal title

    As part of the Branding and customization, could you please include the option to change the App title (from the default Company Portal, to something else) and that will be displayed on the Windows Start page.
    Being able to customize the entry to the portal with our own terminology will significantly enhance the user experience.

  15. Allow Company Portal support website URL to open in Secured browser

    When users click the Contact IT section there is a place for a URL to take them to internal company support. However, it doesn't open if the site is internal and ignores the App proxy configuration. There should be an option to allow it to open in the Browser app to utilize the application proxy feature.

  16. No logro eliminar las tareas remotas

    No logro eliminar las tareas remotas aun a pesar de que dicha tarea ya fue resuelta, y hay tareas que dan desde el 2013, 2014 y 2015 y aun así no logro que se eliminen.

  17. Filter on errors

    When accesing the dashboard on the Intune Portal, the number of device errors are displayed. How ever. it's not possible to filter on certain errors, which can be considered as a lack when managing lots of devices, large enterprises

  18. Change time entry for MAM w/out enrollment wipe UI in portal from UTC to local time

    The “Time” entry for MAM-only wipe requests in the Ibiza portal appears to be in UTC.

    This is confusing to humans.

    Are there plans to display the time value matched to the timezone of where the admin console is running from?

    For example, the time on my admin PC was 12:31 pm 4/8 when I submitted the wipe request but the Azure portal ‘wipe request’ time shows 5:31 pm 4/8. To most people, that is the future and is confusing.

    If nothing else, let’s edit the UI to clearly state “UTC time” or something.

    Also, the “Wipe requests” blade shows…

  19. Do not allow set white as company branding

    When you integrate SCCM and Intune, in initial set up you can specify not only from default colors (blue, red, green, ...), but you can specify own in color picker.

    If you choose white color, company apps like on Apple platform fail to display button names. Buttons are here, but they are not visible, because they are defined in white color and counting to different color as background.

  20. Unhide Company Portal from App selection blades

    For customers like us, where we are piloting MAM for mail/contact/calendar only, the Android experience is degraded because you cannot add Company Portal along with EOL. The result is Android users getting constantly prompted to log in when they open Outlook.
