  2. Exchange Online Policy syncing issue

We are facing delay(3-5 hrs) in replication after user is been added to security group , while removing from security group is immediate action within (5 min), need to minimize this time for this one way syncing issue -- waiting for Microsoft to debug this problem.

  3. InTune portal Quick device search for users Display Name/UPN/Primary SMTP email, not just by their device name(default - iphone).

Currently in Intune portal(old and Azure) you can only search for a device by the device name. It would be an improvement to be able to find a device direct from the Intune devices area by searching by the users Display Name/UPN or Primary SMTP address.

The 'device name' for many will just be a default one such as 'iPhone' so will return 1000's of results and does not make it easy to quickly find a device from the console to manage it.

  4. Sandblast Mobile Protect Screen during enrolment

This screen during enrolment has so many calls to action on it, it isn’t clear what the user is supposed to do.

Please redesign this screen to clarify what the user is supposed to do.
Can it reflect if the Sandblast app is already installed or not? The app may be pushed and already installed.
Can it have a button to directly open Sandblast app? Or go to the app store page for the app to install it?

This is the most frequent point of user failure during our testing

  5. Paging Capability

The UN needs Intune to provide:
    1) Basic Paging or voice-to-voice and group live audio paging to Skype for Business users. All users of the system can participate in making and receiving basic pages.

    2) Advanced Notification or a full-featured emergency notification solution that gives the operator the ability to reach an unlimited number of Skype for Business users with text and live or pre-recorded audio messages. Its features include emergency call monitoring, recording and notification. When an emergency number is dialed from the central Intune portal, a text and audio broadcast can immediately be sent to the a team,…

  7. Intune API Create Notification Templates & Locations

Extend the Intune Graph API extend to allow the creation of Notification Templates via JSON, as it appears these can only be created in the Azure Portal at the moment. The same for Locations too:

    https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/intune/actions-for-noncompliance

You can presently link to existing NotificationTemplateIDs but not create a new template (as far as I can tell):

    https://developer.microsoft.com/en-us/graph/docs/api-reference/beta/api/intunedeviceconfigdevicecomplianceactionitem_create

  11. Add Firewall enabled status to Windows 10 Compliance Policies

Large corporations who wish to enable a BYOD workforce may be hesitant to proceed without more device compliance options in order to grant or deny access based on a devices compliance status.

  12. add report or log which shows compliance Mobile Management in Office365.

We have implemented mobile management and rolled out policies to IOS and non-IOS devices. However there is no report or log which shows compliance or any transgressions. At the very least, the Compliance Report should show this.

  13. redeploy profiles. we should be able to easily redeploy an existing profile to a device.

sometimes something is changed on a device that affects an already deployed profile, it would be very useful to simply right click and hit redeploy or some such instead of having to create exclusion groups and wait forever.

  14. exporting of intune compliance state in csv format which must contains column like settings due to which device got non-compliant

There must be a feature to export Intune data that contains columns like
    Device name,
    State,
    last check-in time and date,
Setting due to which device got not-compliant like - antivirus/firewalls etc
Configuration policies - like certificate/encryption and
Software updates - updated or not updated with KBid

  15. allow two seperate on prem exchange organizations and active directories to the same intune account

I have two active directory domains and two on prem exchange orgs. Both my companies are on my same EA agreement. There is a two way transitive trust between the two domains and they both sync to my one azure ad. I need to manage them both through intune. This is stopping the roll out of 550 global devices on windows 10 mobile to replace blackberry and 150 BYOD devices on Good.

  16. View where a device is getting settings/app assignments

It would be beneficial for us if there was a section in which we could see where a device is getting a setting or an app assignment from.

Currently, if there is a mystery app or restriction on a device and you do not know where it is set, you have to work backwards (checking assigned user groups or device groups etc) to discover where the app is assigned from.

  17. Can you get OS X device management to work?

I've just enrolled an OS X device into Intune and Intune isn't recognizing that it's a Mac. Strangely, a new device did show up, but the Name and Operating System fields are blank.
As far as I can tell Intune isn't really a fully baked product which is a real bummer, even the support folks I talk to scratch their heads and are a bit clueless.
    :(

  18. Introduce MDM patterns

I would suggest to introduce standard (settings) patterns for small customers like us (in my opinion the number of settings, the impact of each of the setting and the potential interference with other settings is much too big and too complex).
Another option is to introduce wizards to define settings for the different types of devices by asking whether or not a device type is allowed and with what level of security (low/medium/high) predefining a number of standard settings.
I think that will help in reducing the potential number of incidents and requests.

  19. End of Enrolment - Next Steps

At the end of enrolment it tells the user they are done, but it isn’t clear what they am supposed to do next, other than install apps.

Could add some info about opening Email app to continune the setup of email

  20. ability to send non-compliance notifications to ITadmins only

It could be a good option, please, set up the notification of non-compliance device for the IT admins only.

In a large company with 200 users, not all the users can read or focus on the intune notification when the device it is not in compliance. By default, you should choose to who send the notification. The only IT admin on the subscription should be the first option, and then select if you can advise to the final user too.

    Thanks in advance.
