  1. Web apps when migrating to standalone

Handle web apps so we don't get duplicated when moving a device from hybrid to standalone. Currently IOS apps are handled correctly but web links will be duplicated if they where deployed in sccm before migration and a new deployment to the same site and name are created in standalone. As the web links are deployed it is also not possible for the user to remove them so we either end up having to remove the enrollment profile or with a mess of icons. First removing the web link from SCCM before moving the device is hard to do in…

  2. App selective wipe refresh

There should be a refresh option in the banner for App Selective Wipe.

Right now the only way to refresh the information is to select a different part of Intune, and come back (or F5).

A refresh button along the banner in this menu (next to Create wipe request and Download report) would be very useful.

  3. Would like to remove an app from the Mobile Apps blade that are no longer needed

We have tested some apps, and decommissioned others. We cannot delete them from the Mobile Apps blade, even though they are not assigned to any Group.

The "remove" link is grayed out.

  4. "Mobile Device Policy Deployment Failed"

"Mobile Device Policy Deployment Failed" is not a critical alert if it just happens randomly to mobile devices and there is nothing to be done about it.

  5. Enable SAMAccountName as a token in the Client App configuration within Intune. Device configuration has access already to SAMAccountName,

We need SAMAccountName to be an available token variable in the Intune App configuration policy. Currently this isn't available.

  6. Greater control over when/under what conditions an application is installed

    Examples of common requirements:
    1. The application that is being upgraded cannot already be running. Options to force close or prompt the user to close would remediate this issue. Especially when the application auto-starts.

    1. Install only when no user is present.

    2. The application cannot co-exist with another application.

  7. license installation reports for office 365

The Intune Software license report incorrectly indicates the licenses and usage of office 365 licenses detected to be installed on PC's. The report shows how many volume licenses we have of office 365 E3 but shows as 0 as the total installation count.

With the switch to azure groups in intune there is no overview anymore, what (intune) applications are assigned to a group. Also one cannot see, what groups are assigned to a device.
It would be great to have that functionality back again in order to be able to track down problems in app-device assignments.

  9. Ability to set up multiple private stores in Store for Business

When a large enterprise with multiple business units with differing requirements in the same Microsoft Azure tenant wants to give organizational sub-units their own/separate private store with curated apps.

Sorry if this is already a known feature.

  12. Interactive Win32 application

Grant the ability to deploy Win32 applications using Intune interactively. I want to be able to determine myself if a user gets any application installation dialogs or not. AUtomatically /s'sing of /qn 'ning is not the best option. Why doesn't it work more like SCCM where you have control.
For the onsite support personnel it's convenient if we can wrap our "manual installations" in an intune wrapper so we can add user or machines to a group and they can install the controlled applications themselves without IT intervention. That way you can deploy everything via Intune (packaged as well as…

  16. Auto update installed iOS LOB and managed Google Play private apps

I manage publishing our enterprise mobile apps to Intune. One enhancement that will save us a lot of ops tickets is the ability to auto update installed iOS line-of-business and managed Google Play private apps. This would be especially helpful for iOS apps because of expiring provisioning profiles and distribution certs.

  18. Create iOS App for Microsoft Forms

We do not have the ability to restrict prevent data leakage in the same way currently possible for iOS apps that can be managed by Intune and Azure AD Conditional access. The only way to get access to forms on an iOS is via the browser and we block access to Sharepoint via mobile browsers and apply leakage policies on the mobile app.

  19. Software Publisher requires each action Sign in

When publishing new or editing current applications you're prompted every time to sign in using the Microsoft Intune Software Publisher. This is very annoying. Further I see this item in a broader perspective of improving the Software Publisher including the other user voice items related to this topic.

Hopefully improvements regarding the Microsoft Intune Software Publisher won't be postponed looking ahead the new Microsoft Intune Portal

After your tenant has been migrated to the Azure portal, you won’t need to use the Software Publisher to upload iOS or Android apps, but you may still need it for Windows apps for now.

    https://blogs.technet.microsoft.com/enterprisemobility/2016/12/07/public-preview-of-intune-on-azure/

I know everyone wants it ASAP, but it will take a few months to migrate everyone. You will be notified when your tenant is ready for use on the new Azure portal. We appreciate your patience.

  20. We would like to display the size of the application that user is selecting to install from Intune Portal. Currently we display 0 bytes

We would like to display actual install size from the Apple App store. This will make it easier for end users to know how large the application they are preparing to install is on their device. This way if user device is low on free space they can check free space and make room on the device appropriately.
