  1. Include a Wizard to set up organization

The set up, configuration and deployment process has many factors and decision points a wizard could help avoid timely mistakes. For instance, it took me nearly three weeks to learn the process from beginning to end. And still am unable to complete enrollment of Android and IOS devices. But I am getting closer.

  2. Never Ending Remote Tasks

For my part I have remote tasks pending since June 2015! It sounds crazy.

An idea to get rid of "Never Ending Remote Tasks" would be to add a time out to the remote tasks request, plus, handling the times out task status in the Remote Tasks console as below:

1st option: A new status could be added to the others (Running, Queued, Completed, Failed) : "Time out". The Admin could clear the timed out tasks or select "retry"

2d Option: without adding a new tasks status. After 48H of non responding device from the remote task request, the task…

  3. PFX profile Field validation

would be nice if the Template Name field did not allow for spaces, as "Someone" could accidently add a space which will not work.

  4. Local fast Console

Web Console has many advatages, but it feel however a bit slow to use. If possible to make a local installed Console With a small qucik cache of information that only needs to update differential bits that I think would give a nice feeling when operating.

  5. Add username as checkbox option to add to Device Properties ribbon

Add username as checkbox option to add to Device Properties ribbon.

Currently to see the associated user, you have to click the device and look at the output at the bottom. This is particularly frustrating for some customers who have device names which are not descriptive or in some cases, all devices have the same name. This causes them to have to scroll through hundreds of devices to find the right one that they want to view properties of.

The request was to add username to available selections as displayed in the attached photo.

  6. Informational Up arrow

When clicking on a update, the information up arrow (right above remote tasks) at the bottom doesn't work or inconsistently works. It fails to show additional information and now just toggles.

Hi, Cole, If the show\hide does not expand collapse the preview pane make sure you didn’t drag the size of the pane to the minimum. That can make it look like the preview pane isn’t working. If that’s not the case, can you repro this consistently? On more than one computer? Is it the same in all browsers?
