  1. Full MAM Support for OneNote to allow for Email Page to function with Outlook

Currently when MAM Policy is in place for OneNote, you cannot use the Email Page function as the process is not fully supported \ limited and cannot select Outlook as the MAM Mail App to allow the data to be sent from one MAM App to the other. It currently only sees the default mail client and since that is not Modern Auth or MAM Managed it will not allow the Email Page function to be selected.

  2. update logos on managed mobile apps in intune

Assigning mobile apps in Intune is easy, and it's nice that I can just assign the managed apps without needing to add the apps my self.
Unfortynately all managed apps are missing logo images in the company portal on the mobile device and I'm not able to add a logo myself in intune.
At best I would like the logos to appear automaticcaly for managed apps. If that's not possible I would like to be able to add logos myself.

  3. Office365 MDM security does not support Third party application

If we have configured Mobile policies with security like strong password, encryption etc, same will not work if anyone is connecting via third party application like maildroid. Users are able to bypass all security and able to use office365 emails via Maildroid. Microsoft should find some solution to avoid this loophole. Until solution is found Microsoft can atleast block email configuration on such third party applications.

  4. Manage checkbox and text for e-mail profile signaure

Enable/Disable chekbox "Signature" for E-Mail settings. Also get/set signature text for mailbox settings.
When you manage signatures centrally , it is necessary to turn off the phone signarures.

  5. Show the application usages Data and Time.

Which application we have the push that's application usage data and timing also should be visible for the admin.
With the help of this feature, we can know that the user is using this application or not.

  6. Mismatch of an item of "Open Links With" in Outlook for iOS

If I restrict the browser opened in the MAM policy to Manage Browser and Edge, when users tap the URL in the Outlook for iOS, the link opens with Managed Browser or Edge.
However, the Outlook has its own setting "Open Links With". Even if this notation specifies another browser such as Safari, it opens in a different browser depending on the MAM policy. The gap of this display confuses users.
Depending on the setting of the MAM policy, I would like to change the notation of "Open Links With" on the Outlook side in conjunction.

  7. MAM for Outlook contact

When composing an email, the outlook app automatically suggests contacts by inputting charactors one by one, but those suggested contacts come from both "Corporate contact" and "Personal contact". This could cause an issue that a corporate message is sent to a person who is not intended to be sent.

It would be good if you can apply MAM policy for contacts.

  8. need a way to determine the impact of a "Conditional launch" policy change

Missing a report blade or report export feature for MAM devices.

In case we'd like to determine the impact of a "Conditional launch" policy change (for example Android Security Patch Level) we don't have the chance to evaluate the impact of potential support cases.

Please add report/export functionality for MAM-WE.

  9. Add support for React Native

Our customers are asking to support Microsoft Intune but there is no documentation for apps based in React Native. As a result, we can not support our enterprise customers since we can not even use appwrapping since Intune Appwrapping does not support Google's v2 and v3 signature schemes for app signing

  10. MAM Policy Improvement for Skype for Business to allow sign-in logs data transfer

Currently Skype for Business will not allow when MAM Policy is applied the Sign-In Logs to be sent via Outlook as it attempts to open with the Default Mail Client.

Please add this functionality to allow this...

  11. Be able to choose if if MAM-WUE should be applied or not if a device is Enrolled

Be able to choose if if MAM-WUE should be applied or not if a device is Enrolled as other policys is applied to secured the phone so the MAM-WUE Is obsolete(see attached image).

Scenario is that a user have started at MAM-WUE level(security level1) but want more access to corporate data and therefore full enroll its device(security level 3). The whole device is now secured with policys and with IPP (information protection policies ) and does not need MAM-WUE applied.

  12. Make it possible to notify users of older versions of OS

Make it easy for admins to notify end users that they need to upgrade their mobile operating system. As its very important keeping devices up todat admins need to maintain an easy channel for notifying users of older mobile OSs to upgrade the. Blocking them directlly without giving them a notification and graceperiod is the way we want to have it.

Today we have solved this with scripting but its not really the way we want to go. Extract data and get user id and send an e-mail to the user. Sending a device notification would be much more simple…

  13. Allow "Select apps to exempt" for "Receive data from other apps" in MAM policies

Our client has one MAM policy, and he set the "Receive data from other apps" as "Policy managed apps". And he is trying to transfer data like photos using native applications including but not limited to Photo Gallery to Policy managed apps. However, he is being blocked from doing that. He is able to retrieve data from local storage if he is using Policy managed apps. Although we have delivered the alternative resolution, the respond from the users is negative. Hence, please also add the "Select apps to exempt" function to "Receive data from other apps" as well. Thank you…

  15. Single-signon for supported apps

It would be great to enable users to install the Company Portal and then be immediately (after enrollment) signed into all the Microsoft apps and other supported apps through single sign-on, with my company settings.

  17. Require Mobile Threat Defense solution on MAMwe devices (App Protection without enrollment)

Require Mobile Threat Defense solution on MAMwe devices (App Protection without enrollment). Some customers are wanting to use MAMwe however the reporting is still lacking, with limited visibility to users signed into MAM protected/unprotected apps. To avoid Shadow BYO, it would be convenient to apply a sort of compliance section to MAM that gives users a notification "in order to use this app (i.e. Outlook) your organization requires you to install the following MTD app (i.e. Lookout, SEP Mobile, Zimperium, etc.)

  18. Ability to remove Stale/Obsolete devices from selection of App Selective Wipe function

Stale and obsolete devices are showing up when selecting devices to perform app selective wipes. Stale/Obsolete devices seem to be occurring due to device being factory reset before user opens all protected apps after app selective wipe is issued. Another scenario where stale/obsolete devices are occurring is if a user unregisters a device in the Authenticator apps' Settings option, and registers the device under a different username. While the devices does become removed as a registered device for the previous user in Azure AD, it does not get removed as a selectable device on the old user account when performing…

  20. Option to deliver reports or alerts for Intune MAM / App Protection reports

Would like the option to deliver reports or alerts via email and other reporting mechanisms for Intune app protection reports, like the Flagged User report, the User With Potentially Harmful Apps report, and the other App Protection Report: iOS, Android, WIP without enrollment, and App Configuration reports.
