  1. limit no. of registered devices per user with MAM

MAM is less restrictive and user can use apps on as many devices as they want. we should be able to limit the no. of devices per user in MAM like MDM.

  2. Support "Your Phone App" form MAM and Conditional Access Policies

Microsoft just announce an upcoming mirror phone app for Windows 10.

    https://appleinsider.com/articles/18/05/07/microsoft-debuts-your-phone-app-promising-to-mirror-iphone-on-windows-pcs

Is it possible to have the ability to suppot MAM and CA policies with that application?

This will help the use of this application in business environment.

  6. Allow API Calls to Automate Intune OMA-URl commands

Customer would like to see a way to automate programmatically, the ability to call OMA-URl commands to perform a forced sync of a Windows 10 1607 PC that is enrolled with MDM as a Mobile Device and does not have a Intune Agent.

  7. supervise your current policy settings

It could be nice if there was a way to supervise your current policy settings. Let´s say there are many people in your organisation that has access to your intune portal and accidentally changed a policy setting. Then it could be very usefull if there was a way to see if a policy setting was changed compared to the correctly applicable policy settings for the compagny.

  9. Treat separately products for iOS MAM Policies

When in Intune you setup OneDrive as Managed app but you don't define any additional office application, users on iOS devices can still install word or another office app from the Appstore and share data from Word to other apps, regardless of the MAM policy that was setup for Onedrive.

In Onedrive iOS App, when you access a Word file you have an icon at the top that allows to open the file in Word.
If you do so, all the MAM policies that were applied to Onedrive content are not considered.
It would be great if there was a…

  12. How Intune/SCCM detect apps and how to supersede them

We are tring to superseed a LOB app with a new one, but when we deploy the new app the Intune agent recognize the installed app as the new one. We are wondering how Intune agent detect apps and manage superseeding.

  13. Ability to edit the 'Managed by your company' message

Currently managed apps when launching show 'Managed by your company' prior to opening. We have researched and even opened cases with Microsoft in hopes that we can edit this or control what it says. It seems very generic and was looking for ways to make it more company driven.

Would like to see this as a feature that the end user can control or update. Please consider this for future releases or a roadmap item.

  15. Multi MAM policy on outlook app on a single iOS deivce

Currently outlook mobile app on iOS support multiple work accounts but only one can have MAM policy assigned. Otherwise it will give you error asking you to pick one account.

Is there possibility to add this feature to support multiple MAM policies on the outlook app on iOS based on different user context?
Eg. Two accounts from different tenant with different MAM policies.

  16. Allow create/add to existing contacts from outlook message

iOS users without MDM are able to create new native contacts by using Outlook message contents' email address and phone numbers. This is not possible with MDM.

Users have to write email address and phone numbers elsewhere then to create new/add to existing contact separately.

Allow this functionality to improve efficiency.

  17. application protection policies to target managed apps

if i push whatsapp app via apple VPP, it will be a managed app so outlook app attachment will then be able to share file via whatsapp.

is there a way to manage application protection policies for managed apps so that outlook app cannot share file via whatsapp even though it is a managed app???

  19. For enterprise, allow removal of contacts synced to native address bok

In MAM-WE scenario, we need to protect enterprise contacts that are stored in Exchage, in the event an employee removes Outlook from their phone or is disengaged from the company. The current design of how contact sync is stored to the native address book and then syncing to iCloud is not viable to protect enterprise contacts. We have seen other vendors implement a working solution which includes creating an iCloud contacts group that is managed by MAM and is removed from local contacts and therefore iCloud when the Outlook app is removed employment is disengaged.
