application policies should support multiple identities from the same company for a given device
Support for multiple email address policies for the same device. This is becasue we have "C" level admins who manage both the calendar and address book of the executive on their own devices. Intune does not support this as it produces an error when trying to push out two profiles.
Confirmed that it is currently by design that conditional access allows only one identity per device at this time. We hear that you need this and we’re looking into it. I’ve changed the title and category to indicate that this is related to conditional access.
Again, this is just for multiple identities from the same company. If you’re looking for having one device with identities from two different companies for MDM, that idea is here:
And if you’re looking for having multiple identities for MAM, that idea is here: https://microsoftintune.uservoice.com/forums/291681/suggestions/34627435

If it is "C" level admin, then go to "A" or "S" level. If it produces an error, then go ahead make it not produce errors. Is there anything can't be handled in IT world? Just need correct man and correct price.
Such a needed ability and odd that there is such a limitation - I run a business that does business with customers that already have a desire to enforce mobile device control - was relying on OWA to help out but that option is being taken away 15/05/18. At the moment it feels like I have to carry three iPhones around to do what I need (note need not want) to do.
Please Microsoft can you allow a single device to be managed by multiple O365 domains.
Has anyone found a workaround or alternative solution?
wow ! What can I say, Ridiculous? ...
Same line of thinking as using 2 Screens for User Name and Password
most monkies can manage usename / password on one screen !
We have massive business issues with this limitation and it would be highly appreciated if this feature is getting introduced. An option for us would be to use a shared mailbox but here also we have an issue that it cant be connected via the outlook mobile application
I'm very much disappointed. Not able to setup multiple accounts which is very important for my work. Kindly address this ASAP.
This is a hugely desired and needed feature for many reasons. People need to manage multiple mailboxes for lot of business reasons!
This feature is an absolute must for us. We need the ability to handle multiple accounts in the same device.
I’m trying to setup two email accounts. My employer and my school uses Intune. Both organizations manages email via Intune. Please allow two accounts to be managed on Intune. Thanks
There are plenty of times there is a legitimatie need for multiple e-mails (‘professional personas’) for a single person, so I think protected apps should work with multiple accounts. There is no real logical reason why they shouldn’t.

This is a critical option we require, and upon researching Microsoft 365 and Intune I was told by a MS rep this was an option.
We require this feature as many of our mobility fleet require the use of a shared mailbox for scheduling, orders, etc.
for our customer is relevat to ensure deployment and adoption vs competitive existing player
his scenario impacts CxO
Thanks to provide capabilities or propose a workaround.
It would be very helpful if intune supports multiple o365 accounts

This strange that Microsoft designed this app to work only with single account. Foolish design and causing issue for accessing multiple email ids.
This is a big issue for us as well. We require Intune and so do some of our clients.
This is a huge problem in our org as well.
This is crazy that this feature doesn't exist yet.....
This really is very important.
We have multiple examples of:
A user is an employee for multiple companies. Each company is relying on us to secure data with Intune. Employee has one company phone. Employee can only access data for the company they are enrolled with. The only way is to exclude them.
Annoyingly you can't even manage the device with Intune and use the Native Client whilst the other company is managed on Outlook. Intune takes control of the apps too.

This scenario impacts CxO and their personal assistant who manage multiple VIP. This is a huge blocker for deployment and adoption. Thanks to solve or propose a workaround.

Yes, I am a consultant and multiple of my clients want me to use an account dedicated to them. They don't see the issue, they're paying the license and want the tight integration and yet O365 doesn't support this.
Please address this!
