application policies should support multiple identities from the same company for a given device
Support for multiple email address policies for the same device. This is becasue we have "C" level admins who manage both the calendar and address book of the executive on their own devices. Intune does not support this as it produces an error when trying to push out two profiles.
Confirmed that it is currently by design that conditional access allows only one identity per device at this time. We hear that you need this and we’re looking into it. I’ve changed the title and category to indicate that this is related to conditional access.
Again, this is just for multiple identities from the same company. If you’re looking for having one device with identities from two different companies for MDM, that idea is here:

So I see one option is to use the OWA app from Microsoft, but now that one is due to be retired: https://www.onmsft.com/news/owa-apps-to-be-retired-in-may-replaced-by-outlook-for-ios-or-android
Ability to have two simultaneously accessible email boxes that are managed by Intune on a single device, akin to how the outlook full client can have multiple email boxes

This is a highly wanted feature.
Only option is to use the OWA app from Microsoft to add Shared mailboxes. However I don't think this app supports modern authentication or any inTune policies.
Agree with many comments here. Multiple mailboxes under 1 device registration isn't I think a 'abnormal' daya to day use case. Team Mailboxes, Marketing, etc etc. All drive requirement for users to access mailboxes. Like the security features of Intune, but need it to support more than 1 mailbox per device registration.
With migrating many services to Azure, things like this unfortunately mean we have to go to a 3rd party MDM.

Indeed this is crucial for some companies.
Some context: I mainly work for smaller companies who frequently cooperate on bigger projects. Especially in that scenario Office 365 really lacks flexibility. For example:
- no multiple email profiles on managed devices
- inviting external parties (without Office 365 accounts) to OneDrive for Business is still convoluted & not very user friendly
- inviting external parties to Teams is still not possible
==> in these scenarios, where different smaller companies and/or freelancers cooperate professionally, Office 365 is really lacking (not intuitive, hostile to external users etc). Which is a shame, we really would like to be able to use Office 365 (to avoid 3d party service bloat) but it is simply not possible. If MS is touting itself as a 'services company' they have their work cut out for them. (Or else they should say: we're a services company only for slow-moving big companies who are never going to innovate.)
This is an huge blocker for our Intune due deploy due to the executive assistants will not be able to manage the managers email and calendars.

There are plenty of times there is a legitimatie need for multiple e-mails (‘professional personas’) for a single person, so I think protected apps should work with multiple (Intune protected) accounts. There is no real logical reason why they shouldn’t.
I consider this a serious shortcoming, not online in Outlook for IOS, but also OneDrive.

This is a must for a modern MDM solution. How do we support Director / PA relationships
This used to work and just stopped working a month ago! WE ABSOLUTELY NEED THIS BACK! Please fix!!!

Why isnt this available yet.??? accessing shared mailbox from mobile app would be a major add.
Another scenario for this is for Outlook mobile app under MAM policy, so that an assistant can have their own company email account alongside that of their manager's email account, so that they can fully manage their boss's email mailbox, etc.

I need to use an internal email and a client email. Right now I can use only one at a time. WTH? Managed and unmanaged accounts can be mixed but not two managed accounts. this is a half baked solution.
We use the Outlook app and wish we could add multiple mailboxes to it. We have several users with more than one mailbox, specific to different lines of business. Intune only allows one managed mailbox to be added to Outlook at a time. Please consider fixing this.

Yes this is a MUST-HAVE feature for companies with sub-domains and users who need email addresses for those sub-domains when aliases are not an option
Yes, this is crucial for some companies!

Cathy any update on this?
This is not really an intelligent solution coming from a giant like Microsoft. There is no difference between Air Watch or MDM?
How do you expect to carry multiple devices to access multiple corporate email accounts. Microsoft should come up with a solution on this one. Look into the organization these days, there are many instances where we need to manage internal and client emails, how is it expected to manage???
