There should be REST or SOAP API with Service Now Integration(intunes with Service Now Integration)
As per me there should be REST or SOAP API in intunes with Service Now Integration.
Now a days its the time of automation.
Lot of things can be performed from service now itself but for that there should be predefined functions in intunes.
Also in intunes there is on premise feature but it can be accomplished with SCCM only,as per me inbuilt feature should be there.
Also Geo fencing feature is missing in intunes.
Lot of things are there which I can suggest to microsoft.

Just had a 120K device footprint client request for this. They want to move to a standalone Intune solution but have a lot of roadblocks while doing so as there's no integration with ServiceNow. They have an integration with SCCM today and want things to work in a similar fashion along with a few other feature additions. I've listed the features they would like to see, here.
- Device information
- Inventory information
- User to device mapping
- Ability for users to request for applications
- Automatic SR or incident creation based on certain critical events like device compliance or application request/installation failures
- Ability for users to Schedule OS upgrades
are the any plan to integrate this feature with Intune? any roadmaps
