Automatically accept remote assistance alerts
We have the Teamviewer connector enabled in intune and we recieve the pc remote assistance alerts from teamviewer program directly, but to be able to assign or take this alerts in teamviewer we need to accept them first in the intune portal.
It would be interesting if we could automatically accept the remote assistance alerts recieved in the intune portal because is an unnecesary step for us.

So as you must know there is a teamviewer connector option to enable for remote accessing the machine which are available in intune portal.
When you click on “ start remote Assistance” in device properties.
It gives a notification on company portal app in a form of “flag” .
But the issue is, this notification/flag is only visible when the company portal app is open.
This alert will not show if the app is closed.
Is there a way to get this notification or alert to show on user’s desktop regardless of app’s state.
As it will hard to explain to the user on where to find the app or where to find the flag when app is open
Please can we have this as an option
