Allow multiple IT support phone numbers to Company Portal
You should be able to define multiple IT support phone numbers to Company Portal. This is important when you have separate IT support phone numbers in different countries.
Then you also need to allow strings in phone number if you want to define numbers like:
You could define multiple phone numbers in Additional information field, but then those numbers are not clickable/selectable with mobile devices.

I would add to this to use scope tags to show different support options to different people similar to how terms and conditions can be published for acceptance.
