push microsoft outlook mobile contacts to local phone on iOS
Microsoft Outlook Mobile now supports the ability to push contacts to the Local phone on IOS. We need an Intune mobile application configuration feature to turn this feature on automatically.
We have 7000 users to migrate from native IOS mail to Microsoft Outlook Mobile and we want to control this setting. Each time a phone is reset or outlook mobile is reinstalled, this feature must be turned on manually within the Outlook Mobile app
This just came out as an app config policy setting according to weekly release notes. Requires enrollment though I believe.
I agree it would be nice to be able to toggle this to ON by default for MAM and MDM scenarios.
Unless there is a regulatory need to have this OFF, who wouldn't want it ON?

I hope that the feature will be implemented to distribute Outlook contact card via Intune to Outlook app deployed in registered iOS device.

We have 1000 idevice users. Users are able on their own to integrate idevices via Microsoft portal/Intunes to the company. We can´t start to use the Outlook App because this will create a lot of service tickets at the service desk.
i totally agree and i hace customers as well which need the capability to turn on that setting via Intune. Any updates when/if this is possible?
