Email alerts notifications for Intune in Azure portal
The classic Intune portal allows administrators to set up email notifications. For example, if a computer has a malware detection, a definition is outdated, or a scan hasn't been done in a while. The Intune Azure portal has no functionality for notifications, so enrolled devices could have issues - malware, compliance etc, but an administrator would have to review the inventory of devices to be made aware
Agree is this a risk
I would love to see this gain any traction, this is a feature we would very much love to have!
This was a great feature on Classic Intune and we definitely need this back on Azure Intune.

This functionality is sorely missed (it used to be there prior to the move to the Azure portal). We need this!
Yes please. I'd like alerts to be sent to admins when a device has been enrolled, non-compliance, when the device is international roaming; I don't want all alerts to go to the user, and sometimes I would like a different alert to be sent to the user than what the admin will receive.

Seems odd to me in this day-and-age that systems like this do not take into account more monitoring and alerting methods.

This also includes infrastructure alerts, like when the Intune/Exchange Connector cannot be contacted.
This is unacceptable as the notifications were a noted deficiency in our past ISO27001 audits. We cannot be losing features!
