Support multi MAM protected accounts per device/app
Most Microsoft apps support multi identities. Unfortunately, MAM only possible for one identity. Trying to logon to an MAN protected app with an identity from another tenant it shows message: 'The apps on this device are already managed. Only singe managed account is allowed on a device'
Absolute must this feature, I support multiple tenants and have multiple accounts that I require to access their email, documents and Teams regularly but now I have hardened the security for each I can't have all those accounts under one roof...
This is a really important feature request for B2B organisations like professional services/consulting firms.
For this corner of the market, it's very common to work within a clients environment, so that their information assets remain within their control, while having your own environments MAM controls applicable too.
This will soon be critical to support our cross-organization users as more and more companies move into Intune and set up tight conditional access policies.
I'd also accept the ability to set up conditional access Grant "Device is compliant in approved external tenant" and you can add your partner tenants as trusted.

This idea needs some additional love. =)
This is important for many organizations but mentioning a few use cases below:
Consultants: To be able to be part of the customers email flow
Lawyers: In some cases hired for longer period and needs two-three different accounts on mail
Membership organizations (volunteers): Normally requires multiple email accounts
So really hope that Microsoft with Intune can handle these scenarios in the future.
+1 I have a client email address as well as a company email address. Now that my client is migrating to Intune, every contractor in my situation won't be able to access client email.

Testing transferring company (i)phone between users and the next user can't seem to get phone device tagged to her account for app selective wipe, because it appears Intune still thinks device is with the previous user. Need multi-user segmentation on the same device.
Need this asap!
Yes please. This wasn't an issue when other organisations didn't use O365 and Intune. Now that O365 and Intune is becoming more popular this is becoming a critical requirement.
Agreed. We have to set multiple accounts on one device due to business requirement. We have to have multiple smartphones if it will not be solved...
MDM, MAM... idea is the same. With more and more companies implementing this the usability of my device drops sub zero. Consolidation of mail and calendar is a mental process again, just like before the era of the smartphone

This doesn't make sense to limit one account per device, there has to be a way to virtually contain the device for security purpose. Microsoft please enable multiple accounts on Intune Company portal.

Authenticator app allows you to manage keys for multiple tenants - why not allow multiple profiles? I'm really disappointed as I had made some claims this was possible and now i'm realizing I was wrong. You can surely add multiple accounts to Outlook - I am now realizing that the second account I was using was not a MAM enabled tenant.
Would be nice to know the limitation preventing this. Assuming there's a technical hurdle.
How can this be? This is beyond senseless... one account per device? Really?

This is critical for us as we're a contractor for a multiple airlines. Most of our employees have a company-issued email address as well as an e-mail address from the vendor.

Microsoft, please help update the user community on the possibility of apps (like Outlook, Teams) in one device with multi license of O365.
I have 3+ devices that I juggle with.

I am adding my voice to this feature request. Many of my clients are upgrading to Teams and it would be very helpful to manage all Teams accounts in one app. C'mon Microsoft, you can do better.

As the second most voted MAM request, I would have expected this to receive some update. This is absolutely critical to providing contractors with access to Office 365 apps on their mobile devices and leveraging app protection policies to protect our corporate data. Can we please receive an update if this is at least in development?

Is there any update on this request, is it development?
This is something we really need. We need to be apply to apply our own MAM security to contractors who also have Intune with their parent companies.
The only way is to enroll you device and use containers (Android Enterprise) or profiles on IOS. A new icon will be created for each identity.
Other MDM solutions offer the possibility of using two work accounts on the same email client. It would be really good to have this functionality with Intune as well.
