How can we improve Microsoft Intune

add ability to view log files

Troubleshooting Intune is frustrating because admins can't see what is happening in the cloud. It would be easier if we could see detailed logs.

One of the features sorely lacking in Intune is the ability to determine via logs/events exactly what is happening with communication between a mobile device and the Intune tenant.

We get some detail about which polices are applied, but in what order?

Errors reported by the mobile device are vague. More detail is needed.

On a recent project, where the client is moving to Intune, I had a chance to view a competitors product and the amount of event log detail is superior, see screen shot for example.

There must be a option where you can see the logs.
Which administrator did which action at what time etc.
