Managed iOS App from the App Store isn't uninstalled when unenrollment
When user unenroll a device or administrator retire/wipe an user device, managed iOS App from the App Store which is published through Microsoft Intune isn't uninstalled. Only internal application is uninstalled on unenrolled devices. Is this a bug or Microsoft Intune doesn't support this? This feature can work on other EMM product?
Kieran replied to this, so I’ll mark it as noted

Internal line-of-business app packages (*IPA's) and managed iOS apps from the App Store will be removed from the device after unenrollment *unless* the app is on this list:
The apps on that list support a special "Selective Wipe" feature. This means that when the device is unenrolled, only the corporate data is wiped but the app stays installed on the device as a personal app.
