Build Microsoft solution for remote control
What I mean by this is we have to spend extra money to have teamviewer. The license for intune should cover this development. It made since at the beginning but not now that intune is alot more mature. Isn't fair from our side to keep buying more licenses. If Microsoft 365 is your one stop shop. It should offer remote control. As well as work on all supported platforms (windows, mac os & linux)

Support Teamviewer remote control integration for Android Dedicated and Fully Managed devices
Intune's Teamviewer integration is not supported for android Dedicated or Android Fully Managed devices. With Intune and Google pushing us to use Android Enterprise for Android devices this is a much needed feature.
We recently changed our remote control partner to Teamviewer because Teamviewer is Intune's partner. Now that we are moving devices to Android Enterprise as fully managed devices or dedicated devices we no longer have remote control functionality.
This needs to be resolved as soon as possible.

Add sync option to Intune for Android Enterprise Fully Managed Devices
Without the sync option cannot force devices to check in with Intune. Devices that have not checked in recently to Intune (due to being switched off during vacation or long term leave) cannot have there passcode reset. This will mean these devices will need to be factory reset and re-enrolled. This will cause a huge knock on effect during the holiday season for both the staff and ICT department.

Remote Control of Mobile devices using SCCM/Intune
SCCM/Intune is lacking one very important feature for MDM - Remote Control of Mobile devices(Windows Phone, IOS, Android platform) which is crucial for enterprises which have big departments whose employees are remote workers and uses tablets or/and phones as primary business tool and often require remote support on this devices. This feature is already implemented in almost any serious MDM solution on market for a while.

Automatically accept remote assistance alerts
We have the Teamviewer connector enabled in intune and we recieve the pc remote assistance alerts from teamviewer program directly, but to be able to assign or take this alerts in teamviewer we need to accept them first in the intune portal.
It would be interesting if we could automatically accept the remote assistance alerts recieved in the intune portal because is an unnecesary step for us.
Thank you

Allow Remote Control Access with Shared Devices
As we are a school we have many devices iOS and Windows devices that do not belong to a particular user and does not have Company Portal. We need the ability to use TeamViewer and Intune for remote assist for all company devices regardless if it has company portal or not.

A way to remote desktop without having to Purchase TeamViewer
With Microsoft having the "Quick Assist" application, it seems ridiculous to me that they are wanting me to purchase a separate license for TeamViewer to be able to remote desktop to PCs.
Please allow us to use some other remote desktop client software for PCs.11 votes -

Reduce the restart countdown timer
The set timer for a remote restart is 2 hours if the user doesn't click on "restart now". I would think it would be a good idea to set the timer ourselfs or to manage it in a policy.
So when you need to remotley restart a pc (when there is no user on that pc) you don't have to wait 2 hours but as example 5, 10 or 15 minutes instead.10 votes -
Integrate MS Teams app with Intune for remote support (mac/iOS/Android)
It would be optimal to allow Intunes to utilize MS Teams to facilitate remote support for Android/macOS/iPhones/iPads/Windows. MS Teams already has the ability to screen share. It would be a better if Intune and Teams talk to each other to provide this service instead of using an expensive 3rd party, TeamViewer.

partner with Splashtop for remote control of Android, Windows, MAC, and other devices... also iOS remote view. Much cheaper and better
Splashtop is a much better remote control tool than teamviewer which is recommended on your website.

Intune - Remote Action - Windows 10 Shutdown
I though it would be useful to enable Remote Action Shutdown of one or multiple Windows 10 devices.

Teamviewer Partner
We have our own licenses for Teamviewer attached to our own O365 emailaddress, as an MSP we need to give support to our end customers and it would be great to be able to reuse our existing subscription for our customers through the partner center, linked to Intune.
