    Agreed. The convenience of auto joining a device along with AAD is nice but this misclassifies Windows 10 PCs as mobiles and they can't be reclassified as desktops. Also, there is not feature parity with the Desktop Client nor can the desktop client be deployed if enrolled as a mobile.

    My suggestion would be to have a policy option that would allow Windows 10 devices that are enrolled as a mobile be able to pull down the Desktop Client if compatible. If the desktop client runs, then reclassify as a PC/Desktop. Allow for feature parity between both registration methods by alllwing both to work simultaneously.
