Out of curiosity, why would you need to have this customizable?

I am thinking about people trying to use/misuse the Intune PS script features to install 3rd party apps (like through Chocolatey...), but maybe there are some other valid business reasons?

If this is about Win10 desktop editions, you can push bookmarks this way : https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/client-management/mdm/policy-csp-browser#browser-provisionfavorites

The setting is simply available in a Device config profile, Device Restrictions, MS Edge Browser, Favorites List. I put my exported HTML template on C:\fav.html for example, and put the string file:///c:/fav.html inside the Favorites List field.

And it worked perfectly (tested only with Insider RS5 build 17741). The only cosmetical problem I saw is, that the words in red "Some settings are managed by your organization", are overlapping the 2 first lines of favorites.
I will provide feedback to Feedback Hub on this.

I don't get why you need such a feature. Could you please explain the business or technical need?

AFAIK, EMS licensing allow you to enroll 5 devices, so why such an artificial limit? Is it for your "IT dept" own convenience, or it is sth useful on enduser side, or to prevent sth else?

From my point of view, limiting to 1, only makes experience more painful for your users.

You cannot sort anywhere in the current Ibiza-style Intune interface : we are still in Intune eval phase, and have more than 100000 computers to manage in the future.

Without any sorting possible in Intune/Mobile Apps/Apps, or Intune/Devices/All Devices, it is a clear showstopper at this point of time.
