    This function will be handy to have as currently their is no way to even check what signal strength the phone has. I have a user case where the locked down kiosk device will be used in the field, this will be very useful.

    Other venders have this function already and allow you to define wallpaper and allow navigation bar, system bar etc while in Kiosk Mode.

    Please implement Microsoft.
