    Hi @Christian,
to ask a question you can post-it uder the documentation of your topic instead of this place.

Not only depending of Intune wrapping tool any wrapping tool need to use the provisioning profile used to generate the ipa file.

How does a wrapping tool works ?
After you have you .ipa file, the tool use the provisioning to "open" you app package then app the security layer to enclose your code before "close" your app an sign it with your provisioning profile.

    Maybe this will help you.

    We need clarification :-)

First: Are you saying when you click the “waffle” icon in the upper left corner of an O365 app like Mail, Calendar, etc that you would want to see Company Portal listed along with all the other apps? (and yes, we really call it the waffle here.)

    Second:
We have some Intune features built into O365, without you even needing to buy Intune. Let’s call this “Intune Lite” even though we don’t really call it that.
We also have a “better together” story with )365 and an Intune subscription. Let’s call that “Intune Full”.
Intune Lite can’t deploy apps – you need Intune Full for that.
Since the Company Portal is primarily for distributing company apps, would you want it listed if you have only Intune Lite? Or would you want it only if you have Intune Full?

    Please keep the comments coming!

There is also any way to remove enrollment profile from device.

If someone want to do this, In case of you don't set a Default DEP profile, I suggest to go to Microsoft Intune > Device enrollment - Apple enrollment > Enrollment program tokens > Select your token name > Devices and delete device(s) from list. After next sync, the deleted device(s) will appear but won't have a DEP profile assigned.

From yesterday, throught the "Discovered apps" menu (see Home > Microsoft Intune > Devices > All devices > select on device from list then click on "Discovered apps" ), it is possible to view all installed applications on iOS 11.3 mobile devices.

For iOS 11.2.6 and older or Android 8.1.0 and older, we can only see the software deployed through Intune or from the Store.

    Regards
