We're still using the Classic Silverlight Intune and it has this feature (although it also has issues). I'm amazed that modern Intune doesn't have feature parity with the old system since MSFT is killing the old system later this year. We need to perform software inventory and get all software installed on Windows 10 devices. We've performed the steps to install the Intune Management Extensions, and that pulls some software, but the Application names don't match what we see in Programs and Features, and very little software shows up. also, there is no way to get aggregate counts across the organization. You can only see Win32 software at the individual device level. We may need to install a 3rd party inventory tool which seems very silly.

The Classic Silverlight portal for Intune has this feature. Microsoft is killing that portal in January, and telling us to migrate to MDM Intune, but it doesn't have the same feature set. Very disappointing.
