Please stop voting for this! If you have already voted, remove your votes and spend them on ideas that can actually be achieved by Microsoft. This has nothing to do with Intune. This is a limitation of MDM management for both platforms; Android and iOS/iPadOS.

As many others have mentioned, this is not possible. This is not a limitation of Intune, but a limitation of MDM on Android and iOS/iPadOS. You'll need to use a combination of MDM/MAM to achieve what you've requested.

Phone number and carrier information needs to be available for corporate-owned devices. Please update the Microsoft Intune app for Android so that it can receive this information from the Android Device Policy app.

It is definitely possible, and already supported by other MDM providers.

Confirmed that it is currently by design that conditional access allows only one identity per device at this time. We hear that you need this and we’re looking into it. I’ve changed the title and category to indicate that this is related to conditional access.

Again, this is just for multiple identities from the same company. If you’re looking for having one device with identities from two different companies for MDM, that idea is here:

And if you’re looking for having multiple identities for MAM, that idea is here: https://microsoftintune.uservoice.com/forums/291681/suggestions/34627435

Intune was just updated this week (Week of January 7, 2019), but still no public preview available for Android Enterprise fully managed capabilities. Microsoft has previously stated it would be out before the end of the year (2018), and then stated early in the new year (2019) in another blog. I hope it's released soon.
