This seems to be a basic set of features that are missing from the Start Menu management via Intune. Testing today, although I am able to apply a Device Configuration Restrictions policy with the Start menu XML, it fails with an error when attempting to apply the tag 'LayoutCustomizationRestrictionType' to make this a Partial lock.

This is causing me a lot of frustration at the moment. The Company Portal App refuses to provide the user with any software until the device is compliant and the System user being not compliant because it hasn't checked in while the active user is compliant is getting in the way.

would love to have a feature to export and also import policy configurations, especially when moving between environments or cloning policies for different customers/tenants.
