    And yet another vote for this being essential to enterprise deployment. We want users to be able to customize their start menu AFTER we lay down our template. Intune doesn't support that scenario, so we're left with home-grown solutions that modify the default user template. It works, BUT, if for example my template layout includes Teams and various O365 apps, you're left with gaps in your start menu until those apps install. Unfortunately, when they do install, the apps just fill the gaps in what I'm assuming is the order they're installed. Being able to install my custom start menu AFTER O365 and Teams have installed would solve this.
