    As the second most voted MAM request, I would have expected this to receive some update. This is absolutely critical to providing contractors with access to Office 365 apps on their mobile devices and leveraging app protection policies to protect our corporate data. Can we please receive an update if this is at least in development?

    Confirmed that it is currently by design that conditional access allows only one identity per device at this time. We hear that you need this and we’re looking into it. I’ve changed the title and category to indicate that this is related to conditional access.

    Again, this is just for multiple identities from the same company. If you’re looking for having one device with identities from two different companies for MDM, that idea is here:

    Workaround to this issue for us was to do the following in the Outlook app on iOS. Note: the user that was attempting this has full access rights to the mailbox they were attempting. I imagine you can get by with less rights.

    1. Select profile icon
    2. Gear cog
    3. Add Mailbox
    4.Add Shared Mailbox
